Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Harvest Adventure Camp, Iowa City:
 

At Harvest Adventure Camp, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our campers to the best of our ability. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellations within 4 weeks of Camp Start Date:

    • Campers who cancel their registration within 4 weeks of the camp start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total camp fees paid.

  2. Cancellations within 2 weeks of Camp Start Date:

    • Campers who cancel their registration within 2 weeks of the camp start date will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total camp fees paid.

  3. No Refunds within 2 weeks of Camp Start Date:

    • Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the camp start date.

  4. Refund Process:

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to julie@harvestpreserve.org and should include the camper's name, camp session details, and the reason for cancellation.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a written refund request.

  5. Partial Attendance or Early Departure:

    • No refunds will be provided for campers who arrive late, leave early, or miss any days during the camp session.

  6. Camp Cancellation:

    • In the unlikely event that Harvest Adventure Camp is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the camp fees will be issued to registered campers.

  7. Special Circumstances:

    • Requests for refunds due to special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

By registering for Harvest Adventure Camp, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
